With over two decades of experience in business, ministry, and leadership development, Montrice has helped countless entrepreneurs and ministry leaders build sustainable systems that reflect excellence and integrity. Her work extends beyond coaching as she creates faith-based curriculums and leadership programs that empower others to grow spiritually and professionally.

Through The Everyday CEO School of Entrepreneurship™, she continues to inspire individuals to lead with purpose, serve with grace, and create lasting impact in their homes, businesses, and communities.

Through her coaching platform, The Everyday CEO School of Entrepreneurship™, Montrice empowers new and seasoned entrepreneurs to start, scale, and succeed in the marketplace. She teaches strategies for business growth while instilling a Kingdom mindset that puts faith at the center of success.

A Legacy of Coaching

Before bringing her programs online in 2016, Montrice had already invested two decades into coaching and mentoring women and children offline. Today, she continues that legacy by raising up leaders, entrepreneurs, and faith-driven change-makers who are equipped to impact generations.
